Spring Happenings

On the vernal equinox, we got 12" of snow here. So “spring,” at this point, still feels like more of a technicality than anything else. Whether or not spring is actually happening, ArtSci designs has some exciting stuff coming up.

On Saturday, April 7, we'll be at Handmade Arlington for the third time. This is a great show with over 50 vendors, so there's sure to be something for everybody. While you're there, be sure to check out our friends Julie Jernigan and Chaos in the Park Studio.

"The Art of the Bead" is ongoing at Allegory Gallery in Ligonier, PA. The diversity in the work of 13 artists, all using the same material, is pretty amazing. The show runs through mid-May.

Later in this hypothetical spring, we'll be exhibiting at the second annual "Off the Jeweler's Bench" at Opal Gallery. If the quality of the contributions is anything like it was last year, the event is not to be missed. The show will run from May 2 to May 26.

There are a few other things in the works, but those chickens have not yet hatched...

Stay tuned for more details – and for summer.
